White Piedmontese truffle season in Kaliningrad.
Every year, in mid-November, we bring genuine white truffles to the Dolce Vita restaurant. Straight from Piedmont, the northern Italian province where they grow. This province is also where the Italian egg pasta, tajarin, and fresh truffle oil are made. If you'd like to sample these delicacies, we invite you to our annual truffle party.
Chef Elena Kuptsova, along with her team and restaurant owner Marina Ageeva, have developed an exclusive set menu, which will be presented at a specially organized gastronomic dinner. The truffle set was compiled based on the best combinations and our own ideas. We tried to appeal to a wide range of taste preferences when developing the menu.
The Dolce Vita restaurant has been hosting the Truffle Party for over 15 years. We are constantly expanding our list of partners and suppliers, while remaining committed to what we believe to be the highest quality.
Simple and Fort are our restaurant's main wine partners. Only a good, high-quality wine can be a fitting companion to the Truffle. A fine wine will enhance the culinary masterpieces and their subtle aftertaste. However, you must be at least 18 years old to enjoy.
Also, our regular partner, Baltma Tours, has prepared a pleasant surprise for the party guests.
Now a little about the evening itself:
Walking into the dining room over the dry, rustling oak leaves, it's easy to imagine yourself in a Piedmont forest. You'll be immersed in the atmosphere of an autumn forest. Feel like a true tartufaio—a truffle hunter. Sample the evening's set menu, each dish highlighting not only the delicacy of the prized mushroom but also the virtuosity of the chef and our entire team. You'll discover the secret hidden in the exceptional combination of local ingredients and our signature approach to truffles.
So, November 15th is the Annual Truffle Party.

For those who, for whatever reason, can't make it to the party, the Dolce Vita restaurant still has the opportunity to try truffle dishes for a few more days. If you don't see your favorite dish on the truffle menu, just ask your waiter, and they'll add a truffle to any dish from the main menu.
